Currently Virginia is only taking New Patients

that are either

or adults needing osteopathic care during

pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

Postpartum osteopathic care extends to the 3 years after a pregnancy.

If you would like to be notified when Virginia is able to accept New Patients for general osteopathic care, please contact her by email. Virginia’s past and current patients are welcome to book appointments as usual.

Making a booking

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting Virginia.

Once you have booked your appointment, an email will confirm your booking and provide further information about your appointment.

Please take some time to complete the New Patient Information Form that is linked to the confirmation email so that your osteopath has your contact details and a little bit of information about you prior to the consultation.

First Consultations are 60 minutes and Follow-Up Consultations are 40 minutes long.

If you have not seen Virginia as a patient before, please book an First Consultation. This is a 60 minute osteopathic consultation. Your osteopath will take extra time to assess your injury or health issue, as well as broader aspects of your health and wellbeing. From this appointment you can expect, the cause your symptoms to be explained, a plan for treatment and/or further assessment, and an estimate for how long it will take to achieve effective management of your injury or health issue.

Follow-Up Consultations are for Virginia's past and present patients. This is a 40 minute osteopathic consultation.

If you have had a recent accident or you have a relevant and active ACC claim, ACC may contribute to the cost of this consultation. Please discuss this with your osteopath during your consultation.

InTouch Osteopathy ACC copayments are displayed above.

It is helpful to have couple of days’ notice when an appointment needs to be changed so that the time can be rebooked. A cancellation fee may be applied if you do not give 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment.

You can cancel your appointment by contacting Virginia or by using the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation or reminder email.
